    And I agree to abide by all current regulations and standards set by my professional bodies.

    If my work fails to conform to these standards, I undertake to repeat the work,
    to reimburse the commissioning body or to make other appropriate
    compensation, in whole or in part subject to the circumstances.

    If disputes arise, I undertake to submit to the arbitration of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting or its appointed agents.

    All work carried out by me is subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

    I carry indemnity insurance for all work in a professional capacity and subject to a legal contract.
